GUAM Ministerial Council meets in Athens

Minister of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan Elmar Mammadyarov, who is in Athens for the 17th OSCE Ministerial Council, attended 11th meeting of the CIS Council of Foreign Ministers on Dec. 1.

Georgian, Ukrainian, Azerbaijani and Moldovan foreign ministers discussed the issues of cooperation, as well as GUAM events, further steps, strengthening of GUAM and other issues.

The participants also held a meeting within the format of GUAM-Vishegrad Four (format of joint venture of the Hungary, the Czech Republic, Poland ad Slovakia).
