Azerbaijani interior minister receices Turkey's Land Forces commander

Azerbaijani Interior Minister, Colonel-General Ramil Usubov received the delegation led by Turkey’s Land Force Commander, Army General Isik Kosaner on Nov. 3, the Interior Ministry said.

Greeting the guests, Interior Minister said the relations between the armed forces, interior bodies, Turkish Gendarmerie and Interior Ministry’s Internal Troops are developing.

Usubov said the wide-spread forms of the cooperation is effectively used, much attention is paid to the staff qualification.

Usubov expressed his confidence that the visit of Turkish Land Force Commander to Azerbaijan will have positive influence on development of the relations, potential of the cooperation between the related bodies of the two brotherly states will be effectively used.

Turkey’s Land Force Commander, Army General Isik Kosaner said Turkey will always support Azerbaijan, do its best for the development of its army, Armed Forces adding that mutual relations and cooperation will serve the interests of the two brotherly countries.

Turkish ambassador to Azerbaijan Hulusi Kilic also attended the meeting.
