The Turkish-Armenian protocols have harmed the Turkey-Azerbaijan relations, Turkish MP from the Republican Peoples Party Shukru Elekdag said, TRT 3 TV Channel reported.
Today Baku looks at Ankara with suspicion, Elekdag said.
On Oct. 21, the Turkish parliament launched discussions on the Armenian-Turkish protocols.
The MP despite the fact that Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan has promised not to open the Turkish-Armenian border until the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict is resolved, he signed protocols on normalizing relations with Armenia.
This caused crisis in the Ankara-Baku relations, Elekdag added.
