Azerbaijani Central Election Commission allocates places for municipal election campaign

Panahov said the concerned people could take the list of places at the Central Election Commission.

He said according to the electoral legislation the campaign will start 28 days before the voting.
 
Panahov said Milli Majlis (parliament) and CEC have sent an invitation to the Council of Europe Congress for Local and Regional Authorities to observe the elections and it has accepted the invitation.

“If any international organization has an intention to observe the elections, we will create conditions for them."
