Azerbaijani president offers condolence to Tajik, Korean counterparts

“I am sure that development of traditional friendly and cooperative relationship between Azerbaijan and Tajikistan, mutual efforts towards overall expansion of bilateral ties will contribute to ensuring welfare of our peoples, as well as peace and security in the region”, the letter said.

The president sent a letter of congratulation also to Chairman of the National Defense Commission of the Democratic People`s Republic of Korea Kim Jong-il on the country`s holiday, Independence Day.

“I am hopeful that development of friendly and cooperative relations between our countries will always serve the welfare of our peoples,” said the letter.

President Aliyev extended best wishes to Chairman of National Defense Commission and wished stability and welfare to the people of Democratic People`s Republic of Korea
