Kharabakh conflict settlement has always been and will always remain a priority task on Armenia’s foreign policy agenda, Armenian Ambassador to Russia Armen Smbatyan said.

“Karabakh issue will be never pushed to background. It will always be in spotlight,” the Armenian diplomat said.
As to American and Russian Co-Chairs’ replacement in OSCE Minsk Group, Smbatyan characterized it as a normal process.
“Diplomats are replaced after 5-6 years of service, so there’s nothing extraordinary about it. Today, Yerevan and Baku are coming close to resolving the conflict. When and how the conflict will be resolved is a matter of time,” the ambassador added.
