Armenian diplomats’ visit to occupied lands is non-constructive approach: Azerbaijani foreign ministry

“Armenian diplomats’ plans to gather in Azerbaijan’s occupied lands are not a constructive approach and represents a negative point in negotiations,” Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry spokesperson Elkhan Polukhov said commenting on reports claiming that Armenian diplomats will gather in Azerbaijan’s occupied lands.
“Azerbaijan’s position is that by such actions Armenia demonstrates continuation of its occupier policy towards Azerbaijan’s lands,” Polukhov said.

“By such actions they do not contribute to positive development in negotiations on resolution of the Armenia-Azerbaijan Nagorno-Karabakh conflict,” he added.
