Protocols will be invalid until Armenian, Turkish parliaments ratify them: Turkish PM

Protocols on “Establishing Diplomatic ies between Armenia and Turkey” need approval by two countries’ parliaments, Turkish Prime Recep Tayyip Erdogan said.
Erdogan said those documents cannot be considered valid until they are approved by Armenian and Turkish legislators.
