Turkey to open consulate in Azerbaijan's city

Turkey will open its consulate in Khacmaz city of Azerbaijan, Turkish ambassador to Azerbaijan Hulusi Kilic said.
He said the region has rich tourism potential.

"It is necessary to open the consulate to serve the Turkish citizens and tourists during their travel to the region. The embassy officially addressed the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan regarding this issue. We are looking forward to receive positive answer in the near future. We would like to choose Khachmaz city to open the consulate there”.
