Azerbaijan designs bill on higher education

A working group under the commission developed a bill on higher education and scientific-technological policy. The commission will submit the bill to the Azerbaijani parliament to discuss it at the autumn session, chairman of the commission Shamsaddin Hajiyev said in an interview with the official Web site of the ruling New Azerbaijan Party.

The law on education is a framework document and related laws will be adopted in accordance with it, Hajiyev added.

The Azerbaijani parliament adopted the Law on Education in its last session.
