Azerbaijan president congratulates Pakistani counterpart

On August 12, Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev congratulated President of Pakistan Asif Ali Zardari and the Pakistani people on the national holiday - Independence Day.

In his congratulatory letter, the president expressed confidence about further joint efforts to preserve friendly relations between Azerbaijan and Pakistan and expanding cooperation in all spheres.
