Azerbaijan-Germany forum held in Baku

During the event Prime Minister of Baden-Vurtemberg land Gunter Oetinger (FRG) said Germany was seeking new interests concerning Azerbaijan.

“As a part of mutual co-operation we can develop new fields in Azerbaijan and in particular organize partnership in the area of manufacture of food products, equipment and machine building and nano-technologies. These sectors can help us create new economic ties between Azerbaijan and Germany,” he said.

Addressing to the forum, Azerbaijani economic development forum Shahin Mustafayev said that two countries’ active cooperation was confirmed by regular economic forums.

“At present we see great opportunities to establish relationships with Germany in industrial sector, agriculture and tourism,” he said.
