Russian presidet sends Sarkozy message over anniversary of tragic events in South Ossetia

Russian President Dmitri Medvedev has sent French President Nikolas Sarkozy message over anniversary of tragic events in South Ossetia, ITAR-TASS reported.
Medvedev noted Sarkozy’s active attendance “has played big role for resolution of the Georgian-South Ossetia’s crisis.” He pointed he has attached great importance to continu? dialogue over issues on keeping the region stable.

It is also noted in the document Georgia has concentrated military along Abkhazia and South Ossetia’s borders. In Medvedev’s words new geo political situation has been observed due to Georgian President Mikheil Saakashvili’s risky policy in Caucasus. In this situation the independent existence of the tow new countries could hardly be ignored.

He said the main task at the moment is to censure stable peace and security in Caucasus and that it is of interest of all national in the region.

Medvedev pointed actions in Tbilisi and Caucasus has continued to raise serious fears and thus it is necessary agreements on not using force between Georgia, South Ossetia and Abkhazia to be signed so to provide clear borders for the security of nations in these republics.

Medvedev also noted all countries do not have to deliver military technique to Georgia for long time.
