Event on Caucasus geopolitics held in U.S.

Addressing the teachers and students of the university Consul General Elin Suleymanov and Foreign Policy Programs director of Diplomatic Academy Fariz Ismayilzade spoke about diversification of pipelines in the region, Azerbaijan’s policy with respect to the neighboring states, Nagorno Karabakh conflict and regional economic cooperation.

The event was also attended by representatives of the Center for Russian and Eurasian Studies of Stanford University. In the end, the participants asked questions about the region and recent developments in the Caucasus.
