Azerbaijan remains Georgia's close partner: ambassador

"We have close relations with Azerbaijan. We have joint projects and we will always be partners," the ambassador said.

He said that Georgia is in negotiating process with Russia. But much depends on Moscow's position.  

"Georgia continues integration into EU. We do our best within cooperation with EU and NATO. We even provide several peacekeepers. The Georgian government will continue to act on this regards," ambassador said.  

Azerbaijan and Georgia cooperate as a part of regional projects, especially, Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan and Baku-Tbilisi-Erzerum.
