Increased proposals to repeal 907th amendment to foster Azerbaijan’s fair stance: MP

“Increased proposals in the U.S. Congress to repeal 907th amendment fosters Azerbaijan’s fair position worldwide,” Azerbaijani member of parliament and member of the ruling New Azerbaijan Party political council Aydin Mirzazade said.
He said Azerbaijan is the U.S. strategic partner and the fact that the 907th amendment has not been repealed yet does not meet mutual relations between the two countries.

“This reality is accepted in the U.S. as well and they initiate to repeal the amendment for the sake of cooperation between the two countries,” he said.
