I highly appreciate Matthew Bryza’s efforts as OSCE MG co-chair: political expert

Azerbaijani political expert Rasim Musabayov said commenting on Russian co-chair Yuri Merzlyakov’s statement on replacement of Russian and U.S. co-chairs of the Minsk Group within this year.  

“As to the Russian co-chair, it is difficult for me to assess his activities. He was a closed person. Unlike the other two co-chairs,  Merzlyakov’s role in this process remains unclear for me. So, I avoid assessing his activities,” he said.
