There is difficult, but nevertheless progress in talks on settlement of the Karabakh conflict: Armenian president

Sargsyan noted that he discussed resolution of the conflict with Azerbaijani president in Moscow on July 17.

“Currently, we are discussing major principles and later we will discuss remaining principles. Afterwards, agreement on peaceful settlement of the conflict will be worked out based on these principles,” the Armenian president said.
