International Alert changes date of regular Armenia-Azerbaijan forum

International peace-keeping organization International Alert has adopted a decision to change the date of the forth Armenia-Azerbaijan forum to be held in the first half of September, International Alert project manager on EurAsia Dessislava Rousanova said.
She also added they may possibly make changes in the agenda of the forum. Earlier date of the forum was scheduled for late July.
