Former Armenian FM appointed to new position

Former Armenia Foreign Minister and President of Sivilitas Foundation Vardan Oskanyan was elected member of Board of Directors of Bank Anelik at shareholders’ meeting on July 4, bank’s Web site said.

Lebanese bank Credit holds 51 percent of Bank Anelik shares. The bank plans to increase the capital up to 15 billion drams and to become the largest bank in Armenia.
