Azerbaijan’s ruling party marks 40th anniversary of Heydar Aliyev’s accession to power

First Vice Speaker of the parliament  and NAP political council member Ziyafat Asgarov, NAP deputy executive secretary Siyavush Novruzov, parliament’s Economic Policy Committee Chairman Ziyad Samadzade and head of the Nizami administrative body Mehbala Aliyev delivered a speech about national’s leader’s servics.

They said rich heritage Heydar Aliyev has left is of great significance for Azerbaijan’s future.
