Azerbaijani president extends congratulations to French counterpart

"I congratulate you and friendly people of France on national holiday of Bastille Day. We attach great importance to Azerbaijan-Franc relations. I am very glad that relations between two countries led to multilateral cooperation," the Azerbaijani President's message said.   

In his congratulatory letter, the Azerbaijani President stressed importance of cooperation between two countries within the international organizations and projects.

Ilham Aliyev expressed great hope for French efforts towards rapid settlement of Nagorno-Karabakh within OSCE Minsk Group.

"I wish peace and welfare to you and all French people this remarkable day," the letter said.
