Armenian Foreign Ministry resented over statements of Azerbaijani side on Karabakh issue

According to S. Kocharian, "before each meeting of the Presidents of Armenia and Azerbaijan, the Azerbaijani side makes statements that are harmful for the meeting, which has not been held yet".

"This also occurs in an odd manner after the talks when the comments of the Azerbaijani side almost always differ from the assessments of not only Armenia but also the OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs", said the Armenian deputy FM.
