President of Azerbaijan offers condolences to his Korean counterpart

President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has sent a letter of condolence to President of South Korea Lee Myung-bak on demise of Korean ex-President Roh Moo-hyun.
He expressed his deep sympathy to family of the late and the people of South Korea.
