Political scientist: Statement by Foreign Minister of Azerbaijan indicates dissatisfaction with situation in the negotiation process on Nagorno Karabakh

The tone of the negotiations and the outcome of the negotiations are two different things, said political scientist Rasim Musabekov, commenting on the statement Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mamedyarov, which he made in Syria that Armenia,  which can not achieve any positive movement with the current administration has begun to have a negative impact on the peace process.

"Well, in general, this is the fact. The tone of the negotiations and the outcome of the negotiations are two different things. The tone of the negotiations so far had seemed to be constructive, but no results have been achieved yet", he stressed.

"In this sense, Elmar Mamedyarov, on the one hand, states the situation as it is seen from Azerbaijan. This is a negative finding. On the other hand, in general, this  is discontent of Azerbaijan of the situation and all", said R. Musabekov.
