Rules for hanging out state flags during the visits of heads of foreign countries to Azerbaijan have changed, chief of the department for political parties and public organization of Baku Mayor’s Office Zaur Ramazanov told APA.

Before, the flags of the two states were attached to the electric poles in all the streets through which the head of foreign country passed. According to the new rules, flags are placed in the circles through which the high-level guest passes.
Ramazanov said for the first time the new rule was applied during the official visit of Georgian President Mikhail Saakashvili to Azerbaijan.
