On the eve of his jubilee birthday famous chanson singer Charles Aznavour arrived in Armenia.

As part of his visit, the singer visited the so-called capital of the separatist "Nagorno Karabakh|, where a concert with participation of singer Liz Sarian and Seda Aznavour, the singer's daughter.
During the concert the head of the separatist Nagorno Karabakh Bako Sahakyan solemnly handed the singer the highest award of the so-called "Karabakh", the Order of St.. George Enlightener, which is awarded for services to the Armenian people.
Notably, this year, Aznavour was appointed as Ambassador of Armenia in Switzerland.
