According to him, these processes are individual and parallel. "They go on different speeds. One process helps another and vise versa".

The border between Turkey and Armenia, said the diplomat, will not open immediately, but in a few months. "I do not know if it's possible to include the return of the territories to this crucial moment. But I know that it is possible to incorporate this idea in order to find common grounds between all parties. We are striving for this now", M. Bryza said.
