American National security spokesman says Armenian-Turkish relations greatest advance in Obama administration

The U.S. National Security Council Spokesman Mike Hammer in a press conference covering the foreign policy of the country during Barack Obama’s presidency answered to the Turkish reporter’s question what the improvement has been in the relations between America and Turkey after the President’s visit to Turkey. The spokesman has emphasized the significance of the President’s visit regarding Turkey’s high regional role not only in East but being NATO member also. According to Mike Hammer “one of the greatest advances for the Administration is the Armenian-Turkish relations which are getting closer, which will be supported by our Administration also.”
