“I am saying clearly that the Turkey-Armenia borders will not be opened in six days on April 16”, Turkish MP from AKP Haluk Ipek told APA. The lawmaker representing the ruling party at the parliament said that Turkey was always supporting Azerbaijan. Ipek said they were asked about that at the international events over the past six-seven months. “Turkey is always stating that the borders will not be opened before the solution to Nagorno Karabakh conflict. Azerbaijani media reported about the opening of borders over the past six-seven months, but it didn’t happen. I am saying resolutely that Turkey didn’t change its policy toward Azerbaijan and we didn’t leave our previous position”.
