
Expert consultations will be held in Baku April 20-24 in frames of Individual program of Partnership for Peace reached between Azerbaijan and NATO.
According to the press service for the Defense Ministry of Azerbaijan, these consultations will be held in frames of the NATO Individual Partnership Actions Plan.
Also, a working meeting on coordination of joint operations, mutual tranformations and military cooperation of the coordinating group of NATO will be held in the framework of the aforementioned program in Ljubljana (Slovenia) April 20-24, staff courses on civil and military cooperation and courses for officers, who were appointed to the staff of international forces on maintenance of security in Afghanistan in Oberammergau (Germany), courses of improvement of termonology on mutual operations in Izmir (Turkey) on April 27-May 8.
The program of partnership for peace also envisions conduction of the following events - 12th marine contests of the marine forces in Istanbul on April 10, seminar on planning events in NATO schools in Oberammergau on April 16, courses on "Terror threats and resistence"; analysis and strategy", in Tirana (Albania) on April 20-24; main conference on planning trainings Combined Endevor 2009 in Sarayevo (Bosnia and Herzegovina) on April 21-24, the visit of listeners of the second course of the Turkish military academy to Baku on April 21-25, the visit of military attache to the basis of the marine forces of Slovenie in Ankaran (Slovenie) on April 13-14, information session on "Further development of land forces" and "Activity of land forces of Bundesfer in foreign missions" in Koblenz and Keln (Germany) on April 21-23.
The events will also be attended by representatives of the armed forces of Azerbaijan.
