Political scientist Alexander Markarov: "The current thaw in Armenian-Turkish relations might influence the Armenian-Azerbaijani talks"

"The current thaw in the Armenian-Turkish relations might influence the due Armenian-Azerbaijani talks around the resolution of the Karabakh problem", said assistant deputy rector of the Yerevan state university, political scientist Alexander Markarov.
"If there are any positive achievements in the Armenian-Turkish relations, it can be said that it is not by accident", said Markarov Tuesday at the International Novosti press center.

The political scientist considers that trends in relations between Armenia and Turkey can be determined by the potential developments that might take place around Nagorno Karabakh problem.
