Head of administration of Tambov oblast of Russia to arrive in Baku

"Head of the administration of Tambov Oleg Betin is expected to visit Baku soon to conclude an intergovernmental agreement on trade and economic, scientific and technical and humanitarian cooperation with Azerbaijan", said Shedrin.

"We attach a special importance to development of relations of the regions of Russia with Azerbaijan, considering it one of the priorities of cooperation between our countries", noted the trade representative.
