President of Azerbaijan receives Russian ambassador to Azerbaijan due to completion of his diplomatic activity

Ilham Aliyev stressed successful strengthening of bilateral ties between the countries in different spheres adding that in period of ambassador's mission these diplomatic relations have strengthened. The Azerbaijani president wished success in the further activity of the ambassador, noting that the relations between the countries will further develop.

In turn, Vasili Istratov thanked the head of the state for attention paid to him in period of his activity. He noted the sincerity of relations between the heads of the two states. Vasili Istratov added that he is satisfied with his activity in Azerbaijan.
