Elmar Mamedyarov: "Nagorno Karabakh conflict can be settled only in the framework of the territorial integrity of Azerbaijan"

According to the Azerbaijani FM, the Russian side displayed interest in the soonest peaceful resolution of the Karabakh conflict.

"The declaration signed last fall in Moscow with participation of the Presidents of Russia, Azerbaijan and Armenia, contains directions for the further advancement, contains parameters which we intend to reach in the framework of the process mediated by the OSCE MG co-chairs including Russia, USA and France", said Lavrov.

According to him, the soonest resolution of the Karabakh conflict is interesting for most countries.

"These include countries locating in this region. We are discussing this issue with our Turkish partners only in the framework of the efforts, conducted under mediation of the three co-chairs of the OSCE MG. No other parallel talks, contradicting to this format are held with anyone", said Lavrov.
