Ali Hasanov: "There is no need to appoint PACE special rapporteur on political prisoners in Azerbaijan"

"There are no political prisoners in Azerbaijan", said chief of department on the sociopolitical issues of the executive afministration of the Azerbaijani President Ali Hasanov.
"In this connection, there is no need to appoint the PACE special rapporteur on political prisoners in Azerbaijan", concluded Hasanov.
