President of Azerbaijan: "I demand from law enforcement bodies to bring executers and orderer of this terrible murder to criminal responsibility"

According to Day.Az reporting with reference to AzerTac, a session with participation of leading officials of law enforcement bodies due to the murder of commender-in-chief of the air forces and air defense of the Defense Ministry -deputy Minister of defense of the country Rail Rzayev was held under the president of Azerbaijan.

Opening the session, Ilham Aliyev said the following:

"I condemn this bloody crime and voice my deep condolences to the family and relatives of Rail Rzayev. Allah Rehmet Elesin!

I demand from the law enforcement bodies to bring the executers and orderers of this terrible murder to criminal responsibility. I think operative and investigative groups have been created and work is held and there is preliminary information.

Azerbaijan state has a great potential and all the responsible persons must respond for any criminal action, committed against us- the statehood, the civilians.

I would like to repeat once again that Azerbaijani state is able to protect itself. Our people suffered from terrorist attacks in the early 1990s, innocent people were killed. We witnessed this in different periods. Yet, all those bloody events were solved and criminals were brought to responsibility. In different periods there were attempts to worsen the internal political situation in Azerbaijan. But Azerbaijani public also knows well that in all cases the law enforcement bodies take all necessary measures to avert these crimes, neutralize and terminate criminal groups.

I hope that those who committed this violent crime will also be brought to criminal responsibility".

Speaking at the session the leading officials of law enforcement bodies informed about the situation.

The head of the state gave definite instructions about adoption of operative measures on the detailed investigation of the incident and solving the crime in the short period of time.
