Deputy from Khankendi region Havva Mamedova: "It is necessary to establish the executive powers of Khankendi"

Currently Azerbaijan has 18,000-20,000 internally displaced persons from Khankendi and all of them are settled in different regions of the country, said deputy of the Khankendi constituency Havva Mamedov at the MM session today.

She noted that along with Khankendi all the occupied lands have their executive powers and other structures.

"It is necessary to establish the executive powers of Khankendi, which will help in the issue of consolidation of internally displaced persons, currently residing in different regions of the country", said she.
