The Ministerial session of the OSCE member-states ended in Helsinki.
13 documents were adopted by results of the session, except for a political declaration.
Chairman-in-office Alexander Stubb said the following: "We had good talks, but the declaration was not adopted. If we had adopted it, I would have drunk champagne, but now I will drink wine".
The document on Transdniestria was not adopted. Nevertheless, Finland, chairing in the OSCE, released a statement on Nagorno Karabakh, stating the positive impulse of the meetings of the Presidents in Moscow and Saint Petersburg and also calling on the parties to build trust and security. The document says that the talks must be held in the framework of the OSCE Minsk Group and Madrid proposals.
