
Azerbaijani Emergency Minister Kemaleddin Heyradov and his Russian counterpart Sergey Shoygu signed a complex plan of bilateral cooperation between the emergency ministries of the two countries for 2009-2011 in Moscow, reports Day.Az with reference to AzerTac.
Under the document, the academy of civil protection and national center of regulation of crisis situations will be created under support of the Russian Emergency Ministry in the next two years in Baku. Moreover, training of Azerbaijani specialists in the Russian Emergency Ministry will be organized.
During the bilateral meeting Heydarov and Shoygu discussed a wide range of issues of bilateral technical cooperation.
