"Armenia has intensified its external policy, but has gained nothing", said former speaker of Armenian parliament Tirgan Torosyan at a press conference on November 28.

He said this activeness promotes the interests of different countries.
The politicians explained that different countries continue conducting policy to strengthen their positions in the South Caucasus.
He said "obviously, the Armenian policy has a pro-Russian tendency, Georgia tends towards the West and the decisive role belongs to Azerbaijan, which is to define the dominating power in the region".
