Committee of Russian State Duma on international affairs: "Barak Obama will hold a neutral policy towards the Karabakh conflict"

"The resolution of the Karabakh conflict will depend only on Armenia and Azerbaijan", considers Yuli Kvitsinski, deputy chairman of the committee of the Russian State Duma on November 24.
He said "all proposed plans are good as accompanying, but there must be the main melody".

"It is necessary to watch the talks of the leaderships of Azerbaijan and Armenia. Barak Obama understands this and he will not risk the relations with one of these countries. Naturally, he will hold a neutral policy", considers Kvitsinski.
