Armenian President: "I am glad to any meeting with Ilham Aliyev"

"I am glad to any meeting with President Aliyev, as any of our meeting leads to positive solutions. Several days ago we signed a declaration in Moscow. One of the paragraphs of this declaration fixes that we see the solution to the Karabakh problem in the format of the OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs", said Sargsyan in Brussels at a joint press conference with head of the European commission Jose Manuel Barrozu.

"After the Moscow meeting with President Ilham Aliyev we agreed to instruct our foreign ministers to hold talks in the framework of Madrid principles", said Sargsyan.
