Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry: "The declaration signed in Moscow reflects all basic moments on negotiations on Karabakh"

Official Baku considers the declaration, signed by the Presidents of Azerbaijan, Armenia and Russia in Moscow Sunday, to be important.
"This is an important document, which reflects all basic moments of talks, discussed during the negotiations between Azerbaijani and Armenian side", said spokesman for Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry Khazar Ibrahim Monday, according to Novosti-Azerbaijan.

He said the document, signed in Moscow, is the first declaration undersigned by the presidents of Azerbaijan and Armenia.
