President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has passed a decree on the appointment of ministers and deputy Prime Ministers, reports Day.Az with reference to AzerTac.
The only new figure on the list of the new Cabinet is Shahin Mustafayev, who replaced Heydar Babayev on the post of the Minister of Economic Development. The rumors about the upcoming resignation of Heydar Babayev were spread long ago.
