President of Azerbaijan passes decree about Cabinet of Ministers

President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has passed a decree on the execution of the powers of the members of the Cabinet of Ministers, reports Day.Az with reference to the official website of the President of Azerbaijan.

In line with the document, before formation of a new staff the powers of the members of the Cabinet of Ministers are entrusted to the previous staff of the government.

Under article 116 of the Constitution of Azerbaijan, the Cabinet of Ministers is dismissed after the oath taking by the new president.
