Inauguration of President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev held

The inauguration ceremony was attended by officials of Azerbaijan, heads of the committees and companies, Milli Medjlis deputies, representatives of political parties, public organizations, ambassadors of foreign states.

The inauguration was also attended by President of Georgia Mikhail Saakashvili, deputy Prime Minister of Turkey Jamil Chichek, head of the Russian presidential administration Sergey Narishkin, chairman of the CIS executive committee- executive secretary Sergey Lebedev.

The President of Azerbaijan took an oath on the Constitution of Azerbaijan and then on Koran. The anthem of our country was later voiced. Ilham Aliyev made a  speech during the ceremony.
