Azerbaijan gives Armenian citizen back

Thus, in the result of the talks held, Armenian citizen Grant Samvelovich Gabrielyan, born in 1981, was today released on the contact front line of the troops in the direction of the Bash Gervend village of Agdam.

The transfer process involved officials of the work group of the state commission and representatives of the International Committee of the Red Cross, as independent mediators. The process was held in line with the norms of international humanitarian law and fixed no incidents.

It should be noted that Armenian citizen Grant Gabrielyan was detained by servicemen of the National army of Azerbaijan in May of 2008.
