Musavat party against Russia's aggressive policy

The Musavat party, functioning in Azerbaijan, held its regular session yesterday, reports Day.Az with reference to the press service for the party.
As is reported the session participants discussed the general situation, currently established in Georgia.

The party voiced protest against Russia's aggressive actions and urged to put an end to the actions of this country.

"Georgia's territorial integrity should be recognized in the framework of international standards. The party considers that Azerbaijani officials should also demonstrate principal position on this issue", says the statement.

The session participants also discussed the recent picket held in front of the Russian embassy to Azerbaijan.

Moreover, the Divan session discussed prospects of holding mass protest, devoted to ensuring freedom of assembly in Azerbaijan.
