Liberal-Democratic Party of Azerbaijan files claim to Appellate Court against head of the State Committee for State Property Management

09 August 2008 [11:43] - TODAY.AZ
The Liberal-Democratic Party of Azerbaijan has filed a claim to the Appellate Court due to the non-provision of an office by the state.
Party chairman Fuad Aliyev told Day.Az that the official appeal to the Baku Appellate Court was filed against the decision of the Khatai district court on the claim of party chairman Fuad Aliyev against Kerim Hasanov, head of the State Committee for State Property Management.

It should be reminded that the claim filed by Fuad Aliyev to the Khatai court was not granted, though judge Bahram Shukurov stressed in the decision that in line with the law "On political parties" the committee must provide an office for the party.

But despite the fact that the party was registered in the Justice Ministry on July 9 of 1999, it has not yet been provided with an office.
